Hans Reisetbauer is known for his excellent fine spirits, which are now offered in over 20 varieties. In addition to traditional varieties such as Williams pear, apricot, and plum, the range also includes exceptional flavours like Weichsel, carrot, ginger, or quince.

Unique aromas of fully ripe, juicy fruit, underpinned by delicate spice nuances and a light, grassy freshness. The taste is vibrant, showcasing a harmonious balance between fruit and spice.
The Red Williams pear, a rare and particularly aromatic variant of the classic Williams pear, is cultivated in limited quantities in our orchards. This pear variety is distinguished by its more intense colour, richer fruit, and more complex aromas. Only the finest, fully ripe fruits are hand-picked and stored in cool rooms for two days to fully develop their aroma. The pears are then processed into mash and fermented at 16-17°C for seven days. The subsequent gentle distillation process creates a fine brandy that perfectly captures the exceptional aromas of the Red Williams pear. Each 0.35-litre bottle contains the essence of over 40 hand-picked Red Williams pears, whose intensely fruity note and delicate spice clearly set them apart from the classic Williams pear.
