Hans Reisetbauer is known for his excellent fine spirits, which are now offered in over 20 varieties. In addition to traditional varieties such as Williams pear, apricot, and plum, the range also includes exceptional flavours like Weichsel, carrot, ginger, or quince.
100% pure Plum Fruit Distillate
A creamy, flattering aroma reminiscent of caramel pudding, bright in its fragrance. On the palate, delicately chocolatey, with no hint of pits, and yet pleasantly mild.
The base for this fine brandy is the local "Hauszwetschke" plum variety. These ripen in September on over 2,000 distillery-owned trees and are only harvested when the fruits begin to dry out slightly, allowing them to develop their maximum sweetness and aroma. The plums are finely chopped, and the pits are carefully removed. The resulting mash is fully fermented so that all the sugar is converted into alcohol. Each 0.35L bottle contains the essence of over 115 ripe and sweet plums, delivering the distinctive, aromatic flavour of this brandy.
