Hans Reisetbauer is known for his excellent fine spirits, which are now offered in over 20 varieties. In addition to traditional varieties such as Williams pear, cherry, and plum, the range also includes exceptional flavours like Weichsel, carrot, ginger, or quince.
100% pure Cherry Fruit Distillate
Bright, aromatic notes with a subtle floral and sweet hint, accompanied by a delicate marzipan aroma. On the palate, a sweet, cherry-like fruit is paired with chocolate notes, leaving a youthful impression on the finish.
The first and most important step in producing our cherry brandy is the hand-picked, fully ripe cherries. These are processed into mash and placed in stainless steel tanks, where they ferment at 19°C for 12 days. Great emphasis is placed on quality and care in making this unique cherry brandy. Each 0.35-litre bottle contains the essence of over 450 cherries, providing the intense fruity flavour and distinctive aroma.
