Hans Reisetbauer is known for his excellent fine spirits, which are now offered in over 20 varieties. In addition to traditional varieties such as Williams pear, apricot, and plum, the range also includes exceptional flavours like Weichsel, carrot, ginger, or quince.
100% pure Weichsel Fruit Distillate
Fresh aromas of Weichsel cherries, a unique Austrian variety of sour cherry, accompanied by delicate citrus and chocolate notes. On the palate, subtle fruit-specific nuances unfold, culminating in a lively and playful finish.
The key to producing our Weichsel brandy lies in selecting the finest fruits. Only flawless and fully ripe Weichsel cherries are carefully processed into mash and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This process takes place at 19°C over a period of 12 days to preserve the full aroma of the fruit. Each 0.35L bottle contains the essence of at least 500 fresh Weichsel cherries, delivering an incomparably intense and fruity taste.
