Hans Reisetbauer has made a name for himself with his outstanding spirits, which are now available in more than 20 different varieties. In addition to traditional options like plum, Williams pear, and raspberry, the range also includes unique flavours such as quince, carrot, ginger, and sour cherry.
100% pure raspberry distillate
The spirit impresses with its authentic, rounded character, accompanied by subtle lemony notes and an intense fragrance. On the palate, a hint of green leafy aromas unfolds, which are harmoniously integrated and give the spirit a precise, delicate structure.
Only raspberries that meet the highest quality standards are used for Reisetbauer's raspberry spirit: they must be fully ripe, highly aromatic, and completely free from impurities. These premium fruits are turned into a mash, which is fermented at around 16°C. Each 0.35L bottle contains the essence of over 2,800 raspberries, giving the spirit its unparalleled fruitiness and lightness.
