Over 20 years ago, the Reisetbauer family began producing their exclusive Single Cask Whisky from biodynamically grown spring barley. Hansi Junior, a trained agricultural and food scientist, now leads the organic farming operations and, like his father, focuses on sustainability and quality. Together with his father, an experienced master distiller, he refined the whisky, now known as "Reisetbauer & Son." Through maturation in special wooden casks, once home to fine wines, the whisky acquires its distinctive character. After twelve years of ageing, the spirit reaches its perfection – a blend of patience, expertise, and tradition that defines "Reisetbauer & Son."
